Vego Group welcomes you to the Vego Bike store. We are committed to providing flexible and secure payment methods to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience on our online platform. The following terms outline the payment policy applied to all purchases.

First: Available Payment Methods

Vego Bike offers a variety of payment options to suit customers’ needs, including:

  • Mada debit cards
  • Credit cards (Visa / MasterCard)
  • Apple Pay
  • Direct bank transfer
  • Installment plans via Tamara

Second: Currency

All prices displayed on the store are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.


Third: Payment Terms

For online payments, the full order amount must be paid before shipping procedures begin.

For Cash on Delivery (if available), the full amount must be paid upon delivery, and additional fees may apply for this service.

Fourth: Payment Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address once the payment is successfully completed.

In the case of bank transfer, customers must provide the customer service team with the transfer receipt along with the order number through the official communication channels.

Fifth: Failed or Incomplete Payments

If the payment is not completed for any reason, the order will not be confirmed.

Customers may retry the payment or choose another payment method.

The store reserves the right to cancel any unpaid order within 24 hours of its creation without prior notice.

Sixth: Security and Data Protection

Vego Bike uses secure and trusted payment gateways licensed by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Payment card information is never stored or shared with any third party under any circumstances.

Seventh: Refunds

In case of order cancellation or product return in accordance with the approved return policy, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
